Precautions for transfer from MYKEY to Exchanges
Unlike ordinary wallets, MYKEY transfers are contract transfers, which require the support of Exchanges to automatically recharge to the account. Please confirm with the Exchange whether it supports contract transfers of the token before transferring. If you have transferred out and the token has been transferred to the Exchange, but it has not yet supported contract transfers, you need to contact the Exchange to process the transfer manually.

We tested the compatibility of EOS, Ethereum, and TRON contract transfers on mainstream Exchanges, and the results are as follows:

- When transferring ETH to Huobi, you need to wait for 2400 blocks to confirm, about 10 hours
- EOS means all assets on EOS, such as EOS, KEY
- ETH means the ETH token and does not include other Ethereum assets
- ERC20 means all ERC20 assets on Ethereum
- TRX means the TRX token and does not include other TRON assets
- TRC20 means all TRC20 assets on TRON
- TRC10 means all TRC10 assets on TRON
About Bitcoin
The Bitcoin of MYKEY is an ordinary transfer in the custodian account and can be transferred to any Exchange normally.

Because there are too many Exchanges, we cannot test them one by one. If you have confirmed the compatibility result of Exchanges, please contact us to update the data.
How to communicate with Exchanges if it has been transferred out but not received by Exchanges
Please find the [Transaction Details] on the [Assets] page in MYKEY, take a screenshot and copy the Transaction ID. Submit a ticket to the Exchange or contact their customer service and submit the screenshot and the Transaction ID, and explain to the other party [This is a transaction transferred from MYKEY, the smart contract wallet. It is a contract transfer, the transaction on the blockchain has been completed, please confirm and process the transfer manually]
