There are lots of causes to the crash of MYKEY, some is due to new update version bug, some is due to compatibility of different mobile devices. When we are encountered with such problems, please operate as the following.
1) First of all, do NOT remove MYKEY application. Once removed, you have to import account with recovery phrase and spend much more network fee and time.
2) Then check if MYKEY is the latest version（Me > About-us > Check new version. If unable to open MYKEY, you can visit https://mykey.org/download to download the latest one.
3) If failed to update or the problem remains after updating the version, please contact our customer service.
