Usually the failure came from the destination contract for different situations when sending EOS tokens. The messages describe the error in detail.
Transfer to this exchange is not supported
It happens when sending EOS tokens to some exchange platforms. If tokens are sent to those platforms which don't support transaction from smart contracts, the asset won't be credited to your exchange account. The only way to solve the problem is to inquire exchange customer services. So MYKEY maintains a list of no-support platforms to avoid unnecessary troubles for users.
Too many transactions sent, please wait
It appears when sending ETH tokens too many times continuously. Please wait to start a new transfer until the previous transfer transactions are confirmed.
A pop-up window prompts that the account is frozen or unavailable
Indicating that the MYKEY account status is unavailable. Please click the pop-up button and use the recovery phrase to unfreeze the account or re-authorize the account.
