First, please confirm whether the other party has successfully transferred. If the transaction is already on the blockchain and confirmed, and there is still no change in MYKEY, please check:
1. If the currency has been added into the wallet, there may be a network problem that causes MYKEY to temporarily fail to check the data. Please be patient.
2. If it hasn't been added yet, click + on the asset page to search for the currency, add and check it.

The blockchain wallet essentially provides the feature of account private key management and information about how many tokens are in the account is stored on the blockchain. The wallet will be responsible for checking and displaying the account balance from the blockchain network. So if you don't view the token in MYKEY, it's probably because MYKEY hasn't checked the data yet.
