If you forget the recovery phrase and you don't have the emergency contact, you will lose the account management permission forever. If you can still use the mobile device that is logined to the account, we recommend you to transfer the assets away at this time.
If the account has the emergency contact, you can also retrieve the recovery phrase.
1. If you have a phone that has logined to the account, you can enter "Me"> "Manage Account"> "Account Status"> "Replace Recovery Phrase"> "Emergency Mode", verify with the emergency contact and wait for 30 days to take effect. The new recovery phrase will be available after 30 days.
2. If you don't have a phone that has logined to the account, you can enter "Home"> "Import MYKEY Account"> "Find an emergency contact to import" on the new phone, verify with the emergency contact and wait for 30 days to take effect. The new recovery phrase will be available after 30 days. Complete the "re-authorization" request using the recovery phrase and obtain the operation permission of the account.
